Our goal was to create a space that combines aesthetics with maximum functionality, supporting the team in their daily work. We focused on equipment that ensures efficiency and long-lasting performance, even under intensive use.
Challenge
The Kamienica Konczakowskich Restaurant needed a kitchen back-of-house that would allow the team to reach its full potential while maintaining consistency and reliability in service. A key objective was to design a dishwashing area that, despite limited space, would deliver maximum efficiency, and to equip the cooking zone with solutions ensuring precision and flexibility. The challenge was to combine ergonomics with modern technology to make daily operations not only efficient but also comfortable for the staff.
Solution
As part of the project, we delivered equipment that significantly enhances ergonomics and efficiency:
