The project included a complete kitchen back-of-house fit-out, designed around the specifics of a fast-casual venue, where speed of service, ergonomics, and consistency in food preparation are essential.

The objective of the project was to build a kitchen that operates like a well-organized production system, where every stage of food preparation is optimized for time efficiency and repeatability. It was essential to create a working environment that supports the team’s pace and ensures a consistently high standard of the dishes served.

Challenge

A fast-casual venue requires a workflow structure that enables rapid preparation of a high volume of orders in a short time. It was necessary to create a back-of-house that ensures smooth operations during peak hours, supports efficient communication between workstations, and minimizes downtime during intensive service periods.

The collaboration focused on selecting solutions that enable efficient service and effective kitchen organization.

The project included, among others:

Profesjonalny piec konwekcyjno-parowy EKA w zapleczu kuchni gastronomicznej, obok linii grzewczej i okapu ze stali nierdzewnej.

Results

The design and implementation helped optimize the spatial layout, making daily work more comfortable. The installed equipment effectively supports the team in carrying out their tasks with greater efficiency and ease.

Hendi 4-Burner Gas Range

A versatile tool that supports daily kitchen operations, offering power and precision suited to a wide range of needs. Equipped with two 3.5 kW burners and two 6 kW burners, it allows for flexible placement of pots with diameters ranging from 120 to 300 mm.
