Challenge
The school’s catering back-of-house needed to meet the demands of mass catering, where serving a high volume of meals within a short time is critical. At the same time, it was essential to maintain high hygiene standards and ensure a smooth, well-organized workflow for a kitchen team operating in a repetitive and intensive daily rhythm.
Solution
