As part of our collaboration with RM Gastro, we completed the design and installation of a restaurant kitchen at Event Koach in Ustroń. The goal was to create a modern, durable space fully adapted to the venue’s daily operations.

The newly created kitchen space had to meet the demands of intensive work and serving a large number of guests. The key priorities were not only durable equipment but also proper ergonomics, easy access to tools, and staff comfort. The design also incorporated essential aspects of hygiene, safety, and reliability — all crucial elements of a professional kitchen.

Solution

As part of the project, we provided professional equipment from
RM Gastro, including:

  • Hood-type glass and dish dishwasher – speeds up the cleaning process and improves kitchen organization, allowing the team to work efficiently even during peak hours.

  • Coffee station – supports bar service by ensuring quick and consistent beverage preparation.

  • Open sinks and catering faucets – make it easy to maintain high hygiene standards essential in a professional kitchen.

  • Stainless steel furniture, sink tables, and a single-bowl basin – durable, easy-to-maintain elements designed to withstand intensive use while enhancing ergonomic workflow.

  • Refrigeration units – ensure the safe storage of fresh ingredients, which is key to maintaining the quality of served dishes.

  • Cast-iron kitchen unit with cabinet and worktop with drawer – form a solid foundation for the preparation area, providing chefs with comfort and functionality.

  • Gas burner stand – allows for quick cooking in large pots, increasing kitchen productivity during busy service periods.

  • Waiter trolleys – facilitate the transport of dishes and tableware, reducing staff strain and improving daily service efficiency.

The setup also included a Javen exhaust and supply air hood, ensuring proper ventilation and a comfortable working environment for the entire team.

The new kitchen at Event Koach operates smoothly and without interruptions, providing the team with comfort and efficient workflow. Thanks to its ergonomic design and reliable equipment, meal preparation and service are now faster and more effective. The venue has gained a back-of-house space that supports daily operations, ensuring both food quality and workplace safety — allowing guests to enjoy flawless service in a truly professional setting.
