Arcade Bee – located within the Unity Centre complex in Kraków
The objective of the project was to create a cohesive working environment that supports the simultaneous operation of both the kitchen and bar areas while maintaining a high service pace without compromising quality. It was also essential to implement solutions that improve workstation ergonomics and enhance the team’s day-to-day working comfort.
Challenge
A venue operating within a modern business and entertainment complex required a back-of-house capable of handling high guest volumes and a diverse range of orders. The key challenge was to create a space that streamlines team operations, enables efficient coordination between kitchen and bar processes, and provides quick access to the equipment and products essential during intensive service periods.
Solution
As part of the project, we delivered, among others:
- Hood-type dishwasher by REDFOX – supporting smooth workflow and rapid dish circulation during intensive service periods.
- Stainless steel furniture by STALGAST – providing durability, ergonomic functionality, and ease of cleaning in work areas.
- Automatic coffee machine by WMF – enabling the efficient preparation of a high volume of coffee beverages while maintaining consistently high quality.
- Combi-steam oven by CONVOTHERM – providing precise thermal processing and flexibility in the preparation of a wide variety of dishes.
- Refrigerated cabinets by TECHNICA oraz STALGAST – ensuring reliable cold storage, easy access to ingredients, and stable temperature conditions for everyday kitchen operations.
- Bar display refrigerator by TECHNICA – enabling the safe storage of beverages under controlled temperature conditions.
- Pizza oven by GGF – enabling efficient pizza preparation while ensuring consistent baking quality and repeatability.
- Double electric fryer by RM GASTRO – allowing the simultaneous preparation of different products while maintaining a high service pace.
- Universal washer-disinfector by STALGAST – supporting hygiene standards and efficient workflow organization within the bar area.
The setup was completed with catering accessories that support daily ergonomics and improve team workflow organization.
Results
Thanks to the implemented solutions, Arcade Bee gained a modern and efficient back-of-house that effectively supports the venue’s dynamic character. A well-planned workstation layout and carefully selected equipment improved workflow organization, reduced order fulfillment times, and increased team comfort even during peak hours. The result is a space that ensures service continuity and a consistently high standard of guest experience, regardless of operational intensity.
