Arcade Bee – Koszyki Hall in Warsaw
The objective of the project was to design the bar back-of-house as a cohesive workflow system that enables the team to operate quickly, smoothly, and without disruption, regardless of traffic intensity. It was essential to create an environment that supports the dynamic nature of bar operations, allows intuitive movement between workstations, and increases service efficiency while maintaining high hygiene standards.
Challenge
A venue operating in one of the most dynamic gastronomic environments in Warsaw required a back-of-house capable of handling high guest turnover and a fast-paced workflow. A key objective was to create a space that enables multiple bartenders to work simultaneously, ensures quick access to essential resources such as ice, glassware, and chilled ingredients, while minimizing downtime and improving workflow organization during peak hours.
Solution
The project was developed with a focus on maximizing the use of workspace and optimizing operations within the bar area. A key aspect was the logical arrangement of equipment and the division of workstations to enable multiple team members to work simultaneously without interference.
As part of the implementation, we delivered, among others:

- Barmatic Glass Work Module – a dedicated solution that speeds up glass handling during peak hours.
- Barmatic Boston Bar Station – an advanced module with a thermal well, divided into four independent work zones to increase flexibility in drink preparation.
- Barmatic Boston Washing Station – complements the workspace, enabling efficient cleaning of accessories and adding an extra hygiene point.
- Barmatic Stainless Steel Furniture – durable under heavy use, supporting ergonomics and ease of cleaning.
- Barmatic Air-Cooled Ice Maker – ensures a constant supply of ice, essential for bartending.
- Stalgast Glass Washer/Disinfector – enables fast and hygienic cleaning of glassware and bar accessories.
- Barmatic Granule Ice Machines – produce ice in the ideal form for cocktails and freshly served drinks.
- Hamilton Beach Bar Blender – supports fast preparation of cocktails and blended beverages.
- Rancilio Class 5 Coffee Machine – delivers exceptional coffee even under high order volumes.
- Liebherr Refrigeration and Freezer Cabinets – ensure safe storage of products under controlled conditions.
Results
Thanks to the implemented solutions, the bar now features a fully functional back-of-house setup that supports the fast-paced nature of operations and ensures smooth service even during peak hours. Thoughtful space organization and carefully selected equipment allow the team to work faster, more precisely, and with greater comfort. Every piece of equipment contributes to a work environment where speed, consistency, and reliability are key.
