The highlight of the event was the culinary demonstrations, showcasing how professional equipment performs in real kitchen conditions.
Magdalena Nowaczewska and Marcin Okoń demonstrated the capabilities of a professional bar blender, preparing a bread mousse from dried bread in the spirit of zero waste. The dish was served with sweet potato and sunflower seeds, complemented by a green shake with pineapple, basil, and lime, illustrating how quickly a fresh, aromatic beverage can be created.
Valuable Insights
During the fair, Katarzyna Wojciechowska delivered a presentation titled “Position, Not Promotion: Building a Lasting Market Advantage”, using our brand as a case study. The talk highlighted how consciously creating value, maintaining consistency, and adopting a long-term approach to customer relationships can help stand out in the competitive HoReCa market.
Modern Technology in the Professional Kitchen
The combi-steamer demonstration, led by Grzegorz Borcuch and Adam Rzęski from Rational AG, also drew significant attention. The showcase featured croissants, salmon, and pork loin, demonstrating the versatility of a single device in a professional kitchen.
Our booth also featured classic Italian pizza, baked all day by Italian pizzaiolo Giandomenico, highlighting the capabilities of Cuppone ovens.
